Connecting with the College

Dacia and Lloyd were getting ready to hit the road and visit our members, across the province, face-to-face during our Fireside Chats in the coming months; however, with the rise in COVID-19 cases and increased public health measures this is no longer feasible. As such we are postponing the fireside chats until further notice. The College will continue to monitor the ever changing situation and, when it’s safe to do so, will release new dates.

Dacia and Lloyd were also going to be facilitating two different workshops at the DAA convention. These are around your regulatory responsibility and changes in the past year and complaint management and resolution. As we know, the DAA convention has been postponed to a later date. When they are available, please check out the course details in the conference package and sign up to attend.
