Council has been diligently considering all aspects of their governance role in the last few months.
Council appointed a new financial auditor. The new firm is Lagom LLP and the 2023 audit is ongoing.
Council has increased its size to 10 members. This includes five regulated members and five public members. David Fedechko is the newest Council member effective January 2024. We are still waiting for the appointment of three public members.
Council continues to discuss what is happening with the regulation of denturism provincially and nationally most recently with the legislated amalgamation in Nova Scotia.
