CCP Validation 2024

In July, the Registration Committee met in Edmonton to complete the 2024 CCP Validation Process. This validation was for the 2023 registration year. A random sample of 15% of denturists was selected and notified of the upcoming validation of their records. In total, 43 denturists underwent the validation.

The committee found that, overall, CCP records were complete.

The committee would like to remind denturists that:

• Self-reflections do not have to be lengthy, but they do have to clearly explain how what you learned impacted your practice/work.
• If you have a certificate to upload for a record, please make sure it has your name on it and the date of the learning.
• If they have any questions, to call the College for assistance.
• If you complete online learning, please ensure that the amount of time that you record for a day is reasonable for a 24 hour period.
