Introducing our new Complaints Director

The College is very happy to be introducing and welcoming our newest staff member. Andrea Snow will be appointed as the College’s Complaints Director later this month. Andrea can be reached at asnow@abdenturists.ca.

Andrea brings a wealth of knowledge working with legislation, specifically in the areas of discipline and hearings, from her time at the Safety Codes Council and the Realtors Association of Edmonton.

The College is very aware that the professional conduct pathways can cause confusion and anxiety for some.  We hope that by providing more information for regulated members, this will lessen the unknown and the fear associated with it.

To start, we are providing a flow chart that shows the entire professional conduct process as it is specified in the Health Professions Act.
